A wise man once said, “The summit is what drives us, but the climb itself is what matters.  There are plenty of difficult obstacles in our path.  Do not allow yourself to become one of them.” That is why a good game of golf is always my solution. 

But in my opinion, everyone’s economic and life situation and condition is unique.  Not “one size” fits all. As a Real Estate Broker, I am personally dedicated to your focus. A little bit about my round of expertise and experiences.

I got started in real estate 2001 working independently with property records to research titles for various requests, usually to establish status of ownership and chain of title.  I facilitated and organized detailed reports for legal entities to use in preparing certified title opinions.  I also organized title information and compiled documentation into comprehensive title packets and communicated title findings.

As a REO Liaison, I coordinated communications and relationships between two or more organizations, agencies and their officials. I emphasized on decision making, focused on analytical thinking, and maintain excellent communication to proficiency with extensive implications to organizational procedures. A few of the banks I have worked with are Federal National Mortgage Association, First Federal Bank of California, La Salle Bank National Association, Sun Trust Mortgage, Bank of America, The Bank of New York Mellon, Deutsche Bank, US Bank National Association and Wells Fargo Bank.

Currently, I manage a brokerage office and maintain a professional and polished reputation capable of delivering excellent service that creates customer loyalty along with operating as a team leader in the sales and marketing of residential homes.  My primary focus and expertise for home buyers and sellers is to prepare properties for sale, determine optimal marketing strategies as well as conduct market analysis. I also conduct all aspects of helping clients through home buying and home selling processes and overcome any issues that may arise.
